On April, 10th, 2007 the Commission on commercial exchanges at the Federal service on the financial markets made the decision on giving out of the license of the exchange intermediary to Obibank No. 965 for the period of three years. The license gives the right on the realization of the commercial future and option transactions in exchange trade in territory of the Russian Federation.
