IFC METROPOL as a co-manager in the new issue of Eurobonds of OAO "Gazprom"
IFC METROPOL became co-manager in two Eurobond issue tranches of
OAO "Gazprom" for a total of 1.7 billion U.S. dollars.
7-year tranche of $ 800 million placed with a yield of 3.85% per
annum, the 15-year issue of $ 900 million is focused on
profitability in the range 4,95-5%.
Issue successfully completed on January 30, 2013. Issuer - Gaz
Capital SA. Organizers of the transaction: BNP Paribas, JP Morgan
and Gazprombank, co-manager - IFC METROPOL. In a similar status IFC
METROPOL was in the placement of five-year Eurobonds of
"Gazprom" of $ 1 billion in November 2010, and two trenches and a
total of $ 1.6 billion in November 2011
