On November 27, an auction took place for selling a 49 % package of shares of OJSC Tula Sale Company. It was an open auction with the closed form of handing in price proposals. OJSC RAO "UEC of Russia" acted as the seller. OJSC Ural Energy Governing Company acted as an agent of the OJSC RAO "UEC of Russia".
As a result of the tender IFC METROPOL has become the owner of 767,674,368.00 equity inscribed book-entry shares of OJSC Tula Sale Company. The nominal value per share amounted to 0.005 RUR.
