Business center Varshavka SKY owned by METROPOL DEVELOPMENT company was granted A class as a result of All-Russian classification of office real estate objects carried out by NP Managers and Developers Guild (MDG). 

Varshavka SKY participated in this project for the first time. The project was initiated by the leading public association of Russian managing and developing companies - Managers and Developers Guild (MDG). The guild unites more than 300 developing and management companies from 35 cities of Russia, companies and partners from Russia, the CIS member states, the USA, the UK, Germany, Sweden, Finland and Israel.

The main aim of MDG classification is marketing analysis of real estate markets in the big cities of Russia and implementation of uniform and clear rules of office centers classification.
Oleg Korol, general director of METROPOL DEVELOPMENT, will receive the certificate in the course of certification committee meeting on December 22, 2011.
