On August 4, 2008, Moscow’s Main Territorial Department of the Bank of Russia agreed the new drafts of the Bylaws and Memorandum of Association of Obibank LLC, which were prepared in accordance with the General Participants’ Meeting decision to replaces previous ones, which were in effect since September 1999.
The founding documents’ drafts take into account the changes that have occurred in federal legislation, the new resolutions and orders issued by the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as the new requirements imposed by Bank of Russia regulatory enactments.
