IFC METROPOL won a competition among brokerages to sell Yakutia government-owned shares in open joint-stock companies in the open market. The decision is confirmed by Decree of the Yakutia Property Relations Ministry No. R-1324 dated October 8, 2004. Our company has gained broad experience in the Republic providing services as a financial consultant to the region’s companies. Particularly, IFC METROPOL facilitated a credit of $9 mn. for OAO Nizhne Lenskoye and organized a OAO Nizhne-Lenskoye veksel program amounting to RUB 57 mn.
