The delegation of METROPOL Group of Companies takes part in the Second Festival of Real Estate Investments “FREI 2010” held from November 7 to 10, 2010 in Budva, Montenegro. METROPOL Group of Companies acts as Special partner for FREI 2010 and presents Sveti Marko Island project, the first in Europe de Luxe island resort.

The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Mr. Milo Djukanovic, visited the Festival and saw over stands of exhibitors on Monday, November 8, 2010. The Prime Minister also visited the stand of Sveti Marko Island project where Oleg Korol, CEO of METROPOL DEVELOPMENT Company, told him about the progress of the project realization within the frame of overlooking an exposition.
On the second working day of the forum the conference took place on which Alexey Rudenko, the representative of METROPOL Group of Companies in Montenegro, made a presentation of the project.

Festival of Real Estate Investments is held for the second time. The event is organised under the auspices of the Government of Montenegro – Ministry for Spatial Planning and Environment. The organizer is the Consortium of consultancy companies Biznis Link and RLC Montenegro. The participants of Festival are Porto Montenegro, Savills, Century 21- Capital Real Estate, Montenegrin Investment Promotional Agency (MIPA), Orascom Development, EIRE Milano, Ove Arup and Partners and other companies.
