IFC Metropol provided stock placement services to OJCS “United Processing Center”.
IFC Metropol provided the services on arranging of stock issue and registration to OJCS “United Processing Center” The shares were then placed and the issue registered at the Federal Securities Market Committee. OJCS “United Processing Center” takes part in realization of Moscow regional program “Social Guarantee”.
