IFC Metropol fulfilled the task of OJCS “GAO Moskva”, that is producing projects feasibility studies, writing of information memorandums and business plans for Moscow hotels – bond issuers with the objective of investment raising by way of issuing and placing of corporate bonds. Corporate Consulting Department has prepared feasibility studies, business-plans and information memos for OJCS “Hotel Ostankino”, OJCS “Hotel Zolotoy Kolos” and OJCS “Hotel Kosmos”.

OJCS “GAO Moskva” was formed in 1994 following the decision of Moscow Government to promote the hotel business in Moscow. OJCS “GAO Moskva” is 100% owned by Moscow Government. Its main functions are promotion of tourist and hotel business in Moscow and management of Moscow hotels’ stocks. OJCS “GAO Moskva” holds major (including controlling) stakes in Moscow hotels. It is also a holder of 40% stake in OJCS “Hotel Kosmos”.
