IFC METROPOL has won an open competition for trust management of Gazprom’s stock in Zapsibgazprom.
IFC METROPOL has managed Zapsibgazprom shares since 2007. In June 2010, the term of the previous contract expired.

As a management company IFC METROPOL has the following priority tasks: prevention of Zapsibgazprom bankruptcy, settlement of its accounts payable, formalization of property rights, and turning Zapsibgazprom into a profitable company.
