IFC METROPOL acts as a joint lead manager for a bond issue
IFC METROPOL has acted as a joint lead manager for a 03 series
bond issue of LLC Gazprom Capital worth RUB 15 billion with a
three-year maturity and a one-year put option. The issue will be
placed at the 100% face value. The coupon period is 182 days.
The issue was completed on 10 November, 2011. MICEX has
registered 111 transactions with these bonds. The first coupon rate
for the issue placement was fixed at 7.5% per annum.
The transaction’s lead managers include LLC Renaissance Capital-FC
and CJSC CB Citibank. The joint lead managers are IFC METROPOL and
Nomos-Bank. The underwriter is IBSP. The placement agent is LLC
Renaissance Broker.
LLC Gazprom Capital - special purpose subsidiary LLC Gazprom
Capital was incorporated in 2008. OJSC Gazprom holds a 100% stake
in its authorized capital. LLC Gazprom Capital is currently used to
raise financing for OJSC Gazprom by placing ruble bonds.
