Last year passenger traffic of Ulan-Ude Airport "Baikal", member of "METROPOL" Group, was 300,654 passengers, that is 11.1% more than a year before.

255,739 passengers were registered on domestic routes, which is 9.1% higher than in 2012. The most popular flight is "Ulan-Ude-Moscow-Ulan-Ude". There were registered 185,319 passengers. This trend has increased due to new carriers. Second place in popularity is flight to Irkutsk - 12 310 passengers, and the third place goes to Novosibirsk - 11,280 passengers.

Particular attention is paid to the internal Republican flights. In 2013 here ware served 24,663 passengers. Cooperation with the  "PANH" airline was an important step in this direction.
