“METROPOL” Asset Management, a part of “METROPOL” Group of companies, won the auction sale of the part of the Open Society “Moskvich” property

The lot consisted of 54 uninhabited buildings and constructions located in Moscow city. The final price of the lot was 5 554 711 000 rubles. Such a purchase of the property of the OS “Moskvich” was a logical continuation of the developer projects of “METROPOL” group. Nowadays 15% of all the assets of the Group is the immovable property in Russia as well as abroad.
