IFC METROPOL represented by its CEO Mikhail Slipenchuk and Transnational Insights Ltd. represented by Lord Robert Skidelsky (a member of the House of Lords, the President of the Social Market Foundation, a renowned economist and historian) have signed an agreement on cooperation in Russian financial markets and corporate finance, including M&As.

Under the agreement, there is a plan to work out a scheme for investing in Russian companies. IFC METROPOL will value companies and advise them on enhancing their investment profile. Thereafter IFC METROPOL and Transnational Insights Ltd. will carry out activities to attract investors and organize placement of companies’ securities in international markets.
