IFC METROPOL and Vietnam-Russian Bank have signed memorandum of Cooperation

During working trip of IFC METROPOL delegation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam M. V. Slipenchuk ,General Director of IFC METROPOL and Chairman of the Russian part of Russian-Vietnam Business Council, met representatives of the management of Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, oil and gas corporation “Petrovietnam” and Vietnam-Russian bank (VRB).
Memorandum of Cooperation between IFC METROPOL and VRB was signed during the meeting of M.V. Slipenchuk and Nguyen Van Pham, General Director of VRB.
According to the Memorandum, cooperation in implementation of investment and construction projects in Vietnam shall be developed, first of all, in fuel, gas and tourism fields. Also, according to Nguyen Van Pham, VRB is interested in the cooperation with IFC METROPOL in order to create Vietnam-Russian investment fund and attract Russian and Vietnamese investors to participate in the joint projects.”
In its turn, M.V. Slipenchuk emphasized that “cooperation between VRB and METROPOL Group is the priority taking into account business relations between two countries and now the time has come for a new stage of these relations.”
